June 18, 1774 Seeley, Ephraim of Hopewell, Cumberland County Wife Hannah Seeley - the house and lot where I live, which is in Bridgetown, and the lands bought of Seth Bowen and Josiah Miller, near Bridgetown, and after her decease, to be sold and the money given to my 5 daughters - Sarah Ramsey, Esther Gibbon, Mary Elmer, Rachel Holmes, Hannah Seeley

Son Ephraim - my land in Deerfield, where he now lives, with the 2 mills thereon erected - Also 300 acres of land bought of Dr. Lewis Johnson, and 20 acres adjoining Andrew Hunter and Ephraim Mills - also 6 acres of cedar swamp in the Indian Fields swamp, and joining to John Dare - and he is to pay to my 2 grandsons - James Ramsey and Joseph Hall - 25 pounds each, when they come of age

Son Josiah - the plantation which I bought of John and Joseph Golder, and the grist mills and sawmills thereto belonging, and 45 acres of pine land on Green Branch in Broad Neck - and 19 acres of marsh bought of Joseph Bishop, when he is 21. Daughter Hannah Seeley - 150 pounds
