    Colonel Geoffrey Egerton-Warburton was the son of Piers Egerton-Warburton.1 He married Hon. Georgiana Mary Dormer, daughter of Charles Joseph Thaddeus Dormer, 14th Baron Dormer of Wyng and Caroline May Clifford, on 28 September 1927.1 He died on 1 August 1961.1

Colonel Geoffrey Egerton-Warburton held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).2 He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).2 He was decorated with the award of Territorial Decoration (T.D.).2
