Obituary

HUBBARD, Constance Doreen - 74, East Uniacke, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 18, 2009, in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Connie was a loving mother and grandmother who kept all family members "in the know". She will be remembered by many for her love of music and dancing. Connie is survived by son, Wayne (Wendy), Mount Uniacke; Chris (Heather), Bedford; Stephen, Halifax; daughters Linda (Gerry), Falmouth; Brenda (Jerry), Dartmouth and Lisa (Steve), Windsor; very close niece, Debbie and nephew, Brian; grandchildren, Cole, Ryder, Harlow, Breanna, Wyatt, Breanna, Kaitlyn; very close friend, Ivan. She was predeceased by husband, Mel and daughter, Karen. Funeral will be held 3 p.m. Thursday in St. Paul's United Church, Mount Uniacke, Karen Ross LLWL officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery, Mount Uniacke. Reception will follow in St. Paul's United Church. Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
