Constance Little was born about I636 as she gave her age as 28 in 1664. There is no record of Constance Ross's death, will or burial. It is supposed she predeceased her husband.

Uncertain Parentage
Some say she was the daughter of Richard Little of New Haven, while others say she was the daughter of George or Benjamin Little of Newbury, Mass. It is likely she was related, perhaps a sister, to John Little who also came from New Haven to Elizabethtown. John Little had property adjacent to George Ross. On 1-29-1704 he was directed by the Court to deed title to a house lot in Elizabethtown to George Ross. John Little named one of his daughters Constance, an uncommon name. This John Little was evidently the progenitor of the prominent New Jersey Littell Family.
