Biography

Constant Hopkins, son of Caleb Hopkins, Sr., and Mercy Freeman, was born 28 Jul 1720.[1] at Truro, Barnstable County, Massachusetts Bay, and died there 22 May 1800.

He married 01 Dec 1743 at Truro Phebe Paine, the daughter of Jonathan and Mary (Scammon Purington) Paine.

Capt. Constant Hopkins

Constant Hopkins was born on 28 July 1720, in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, his father, Caleb Hopkins Jr., was 36 and his mother, Mercy Freeman, was 17. He married Phebe Paine on 1 December 1743, in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 5 daughters. He died on 15 June 1800, in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States, at the age of 79, and was buried in Old North Cemetery, Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States.
