Constant Hopkins, son of Caleb Hopkins, Sr., and Mercy Freeman, was born 28 Jul 1720.[1] at Truro, Barnstable County, Massachusetts Bay, and died there 22 May 1800.
He married 01 Dec 1743 at Truro Phebe Paine, the daughter of Jonathan and Mary (Scammon Purington) Paine.
