NOTES

• Should you look about modern Easington on a map, there is not much there but an expanse of farm land.
• Note that his remains were buried in Newton ie. Newton-in-Bolland, a bit to the south west.
• A later Quaker Meeting house is preserved there.

  • Death: Cuthbert Hayhurst died the 19th of the same month and year, same burial ground. This is the very next entry.
