Cyprian and Damaris had ten children. After an inventory and considerable back and forth, the probate was ordered on 7 January(?), 1757. Ephraim, said in the documents to be theeldest son, was administrator. The probate court ordered payments, some immediate, some to be paid on the death of the widowed Damaris or on a child's birthday, to:
- Thomas and Martha, minor children of (the apparently late) Thomas,
- Anna, wife of Samuel Nichols,
- Sarah,
- Mary,
and guardians for
