About Cyrus Milo McKell
Cyrus Mckell was one of the greatest if not the greatest man in so many of our lives. He had a way of connecting with each and every person he met on a very personal level. He not only touched our lives though, he also made a difference in every life he touched. Cyrus was the kind of person everyone of us should strive to be like. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle... He was also so many other things throughout his life, but there were some things he was throughout his entire life. He constantly sought more knowledge and he was forever a student of the world. He also made sure to pass his knowledge on to those around him which made him an excellent teacher and mentor. He held all the qualities of a soldier from the day he entered the service to the day he passed. He always woke up early, never left a job undone, dressed sharp, and carried himself with quiet professionalism. I cannot think of anyone else I would prefer to emulate more then Cyrus M. McKell, and when my day comes I want only to be able to say two things, I positively impacted as many lives as my Grandfather did, and Grandpa would be proud of the life I lived.
