The victim, D’Angelo Toney, B/M age 29, and several of his friends became engaged in an argument in the parking lot of the strip mall. When Toney and his friends approached the men who were yelling at them, one of the men began shooting at them. The man shooting was described as a Hispanic male, bald, chubby and approx. 5’5 to 5’6”.
