Lady EMILY KINGSFORD MAPPIN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claims against the estate of Dame Emily Kingsford Mappin late of Thornbury in the city of Sheffield Widow deceased (who died on the 24th day of May 1940 and probate of whose Will was granted to Emily Wilson Withers and William Mackenzie Smith the executors therein named on the 8th day of July 1940 by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice) are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims to the undersigned Solicitors for the said executors on or before the 23rd day of September 1940 after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among-the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.—Dated this igth day of July, 1940.
