John married a Christian, last name unknown, and had an eldest son John Allen, a son Issac Allen, a son of Daniel Allen, a daughter Deborah Allen who married Joseph Buckland on 5 Nov 1659, and a daughter Elizabeth Allen who married 1) John Dicksey on 6 Nov 1668, and 2) John Fairweather before 1677.
