Va but didn't like to arrest anyone "he would call out to the suspect,I'm coming if you don't want to be caught, you better start running"</p> <p></p> <p>enlisted in Co.H 39th Kentucky Mounted Infantry along with Alfred, Bird & Washington</p> <p>Blankenship in civil war. served on Union side, enlisted 1863 age 42 rank private in & out</p> <p>Quote from Martin to me "he fit for the Union, because he did not like slavery"</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Note: fit means fought.</p> <p>some resaarchers has that he had children by a Cynthia justice???</p>
