Ann's death certificate lists her father as "Daniel W Wilsey"
There is a Daniel Wiltsey who is found in the 1850 Census in Gloucester Twp (Ann Bakely's death cert claims she lived in Camden County her whole life) who is married to a MARY Wiltsey. Familysearch has a record of a Daniel Wiltsey marrying a Mary ?? in 1819 in Gloucester Twp., Camden, Camden Co., NJ. It is surmised that Nancy Wiltsey died between Ann's birth (1815) and Daniel's married to Mary (1819)... which would allow the Daniel "Wiltsey" records I find to be Ann's father... this data is made under that assumption.
Further -- this data lists Daniel's parents as John WILTSE and Deborah UNKNOWN

If his father is John Wiltse and Deborah (?) - the following link has a nice family tree (accuracy unknown) reaching back to the 1600s showing Dutch and Luxemburger ancestry as well as a birth at sea and a death at the Swaanendael colony. Wiltsey seems to be a derivative of De Wiltz.
