He saved the child, but was gored to death by the bull. From this incident it is evident that he was a kind-hearted, sympathetic man and a lover of children and home life. After the death of David Alexander Mitchell Junior, Marion Elizabeth Mc Kensie married, her second husband, who's name was William Whittaker.
