David Landon (1714-1804) served as private and minuteman in the Connecticut troops during the American Revolution. Prior to the Revolutionary War, he served as Ensign with the Kings Army for the Colony of Connecticut. He was born and died in Litchfield, Conn.

Thomas' wife, Experience Johnson, daughter of Edward Johnson (1697-1774) and Elizabeth Barnes (1708-1800), was born 1743, Branford, Connecticut, died 1805, Cornwall, Addison County, Vermont.
