Speculation on some of the names in the following 1850 census:
Betsey - born the same year as eldest daughter Rachel, she apparently is Thomas' 2nd wife, Elizabeth McConnell Lewis.
Zimri/Irwin - Looking at the census image, I interpret this as Zimri because I've seen the name in various places, listed as a child of Thomas and Prudence. Whoever transcribed the image for familysearch.com interpreted it as Irwin. I'm going with Zimri but there is little to document either interpretation.
Laury & David Lewis - Their ages show they were born about 1846 and '49, respectively, both after the death of Thomas' 1st wife Prudence in 1841. They likely are children of Thomas and his 2nd wife. The geni listing that seems to match “Laury” on approximate birthdate and approximate name is Lavicia Prudence Lewis.
