About David Douglas Morton, SV/PROG

Found record of his (David Douglas Morton SV) marriage to Annie Allardice SM (1851 Scot - 1931 SA) in Scotland, baptism of their daughter Jessie Allardice Morton in Scotland, and immigration of the three of them to SA in 1875, and his Death Notice 1911 in SA, as well as his own & his wife Jessie's headstones in Aliwal North (where he died). Still looking for records on their son Ronald Douglas Morton (-1953 Pta). Two issues. 1st Issue is with their daughter Jessie Allardice Morton (1874 Scot - 1954 SA). Matches keep popping up for a brother of hers called Richard Joseph Morton (1854 @ ? - 1940 SA). But on their son's Death Notice they are clearly stated as husband & wife, and their joint headstone in Rouxville indicates that her maiden name AND married names were Morton. So that (together with passenger list) leads me to believe that he was definitely NOT her brother but her husband. Will see if I can find the baptism record of their son Douglas David Morton (c1895 SA - 1963 SA). 2nd Issue is with David Douglas Morton's indicated second(?!) wife Mary Polly Dearlove (b 1866 PMB - 1906 Boksburg), d/v Joseph Avery Dearlove SV & Mary Ann Low. This one comes up with matches, but is also indicated in National Archives with a record of divorce in 1892. But this can't be the the same David Douglas Morton. Mary Polly Dearlove then also had a son with a David Douglas Morton who was called David Hamilton Morton (1888 Boksburg - 1941 Roodepoort). Still looking for the latter's baptism record.

Any suggestions?
