David Rattray, of Craighall and Kynballoch, served heir to his father, anno 1554. He m. Isabel, dau. of Alexander Ramsay, of Banff, and had two sons, George, his heir; Silvester, minister at Auchtergevan, ancestor of Rattray Of Dalnoon. David Rattray d. in the commencement of the reign of James VI., and was s. by his eldest son, George Rattray, of Craighall...
