About David Still
David Steel,English decent was born about 1750. He and two brothers emigrated from England to Phila., Pa. circa 1770.Family legend has it that a young lady fell overboard as the ship entered the harbor and David jumped in to save her. Shortly thereafter they were married and started our branch of the Still family.
