Her death record shows she died in Ludlow, VT… and that the Deborah (Winsor) Smith who died there in 1804 was daughter of Rev Joseph Winsor and wife of Richard Smith. Source for her marriage to Richard Smith and her parentage and ancestry to Roger Williams is taken from page 94 of Roger Williams of Providence, RI´´ Author: Bertha E. W.
