First husband was Edwin John Howell, b. Elgin, Ill., 1897 (divorced 1933). Married in Chicago on June 29, 1918. Daughter Emma Dorothy was born Jun 4, 1919, in Chicago. In 1920, "Della Howell" lived with husband Edwin and daughter Dorothy in an apartment in Chicago. Daughter Isabell Fern was born Aug 10, 1924, in Chicago.

In 1940, "Della Rosenberg" lived with husband Max, daughters Isabell Howell and Adeline Rosenberg at 1526 W. Wilson Ave. Died Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Fla., 25 March 1960 [Florida Certificate of Death 60-010931] she married second, 1933, Max Rosenberg.
