DANFORD Diane Odneal Diane Odneal Danford, of the Alexis Gardens, Toledo, OH, who was born June 6, 1949, at the former Parkview Hospital, died in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Unit on Saturday, June 13, 2008 at 3:55 a.m. An elementary school teacher in the Maumee, OH area, she worked as a substitute teacher and was a Religious School director and teacher at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Maumee for several years in the 1980's, and was employed later by the Meijer's also in Maumee. Beloved mother of Catherine and Scott Danford; grammie of Liam Danford Veloske; sister to Gail (Mel) Honig and Jim (Sueko) Odneal, and aunt to many nieces and nephews, also cousin to the Odneal and Danford families. She will be remembered for her loving ways with us all. She was preceded in death by parents, Nancy and James Lester Odneal and her son, Scott Danford. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home, 2426 North Reynolds Rd. (between Central and Bancroft). Services will be held Friday, September 19, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 310 Elizabeth St., Maumee, OH, followed by interment in Ft. Meigs Union Cemetery, Perrysburg, OH. Memorial tributes suggested in the form of contributions to Liam's College Fund through Catherine Danford.
