Dinah Ayers

Her father's probated Will leaves Plantation with the land called "Horse Race" and adjoining land "Smithville" to my daughters Dinah and Sarah. Enslaved person, Peter to be put to work or sold to pay for schooling for my daughters. All other enslaved people to my daughters.

Biography

Dinah Ayers was born in 1701 in Prince George's, Maryland. Her parents were Thomas Box and Jane Hines.

Dinah married James Ayres circa 1725 in Prince George’s Co MD. Together they had the following children:

She died in 1770 in Bedford Co VA.
