About Domingo Fortuno Jr.
Domingo, Jr. was born on March 13, 1926 in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental in the Philippines to Domingo Sr. and Felisa Obien Y Gatchalian. He earned his Law degree from Far Eastern University in 1952. He was a corporate lawyer, former manager of the Araneta Coliseum and technical counsel of the Liberal Party. He was a previous president of the Rotary Club of Cubao (district 380) and member of the Knights of Columbus.
