Dora Toso, 92, Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2001, in Broen Memorial Home, Fergus Falls.

Dora Toso was born Nov. 5, 1909, in Tuttle, N.D. She attended school in North Dakota. She married Lloyd C. Toso Nov. 21, 1935, in Rothsay, Minn. They lived in Fergus Falls. He died in 1975. She entered the nursing home in 1999.

She is survived by a daughter, Verna (Myron) Koeplin, Kirkland, Wash.; a brother, Selmer, Fergus Falls; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Today from 4-7 in Olson Funeral Home, Fergus Falls, and one hour before the funeral in the church.

Funeral: Saturday at 2 in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Fergus Falls.

Dora Toso, 92, a resident of Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2001, surrounded by her family, at the Broen Memorial Home in Fergus Falls. She was born on Nov. 5, 1909, in Tuttle, N.D., the daughter of Henry and Regina (Brusven) Trosvig. She was baptized in North Dakota and was confirmed at Hamar Lutheran Church in Rothsay. She attended school in North Dakota. On Nov. 21, 1935, she married Lloyd Cyrus Toso in Rothsay. After their marriage, the couple lived in Fergus Falls. She became a resident of the Broen Memorial Home in November of 1999. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls and the Sons of Norway Lodge. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends and spent time crocheting and quilting through the years. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Lloyd, who died in 1975; one son, Roger, who died in April of 2000; and five brothers, Alfred, Helmer, Oscar, Clarence, and her twin brother, Julian, who died in infancy. Survivors include one daughter, Verna (Myron) Koeplin, of Kirkland, Wash.; one brother, Selmer Trosvig, of Fergus Falls; daughter-in-law, Barbara Toso, of Covington, Wash.; five grandchildren, Steve (Bridget) Koeplin, Lisa (Kurt) Oakland, Amy Koeplin, Allen (Chin Suk) Toso, and Kimberly Toso; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
