About Dorothy Mae Carll
Mrs. Dorothy Mae Carll, 70, of Pleasantivlle RD 1, died Thursday in the Titusville Hospital.
Born Dec 19, 1902, in Pleasantville, she was a daughter of Edward M. and Coradell Clark Redmond.
A lifelong resident of the Pleasantville area, she graduated from the Edinboro Normal School and taught school for three years.
She was married to Ivan Carll in Ripley, N.Y. on July 3, 1924.
She was a member of the Plesantville Free Methodist Church and was active in the Missionary Society.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Colyn L. Carll of Lancaster and Carey I. Carll of Pleasantville RD 1; a daughter, Mrs. Lowell (Virginia) Beck of Pleasantville RD 1; five grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews in the Angola, N.Y., area.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Raymond W. Arnold Funeral Home in Titusville.
