About Dorothy Ann Henderson
- Reference: Ancestry Genealogy - SmartCopy: May 20 2017, 23:02:43 UTC
Dottie Ann Wright Henderson, loving and faithful wife for 53 years to Charles William Henderson, was a loving mother, sister, daughter. She met Charlie in Bainbridge, Maryland during WWII. After the war, they were married in Perryville Presbyterian Church in Perryville, Maryland, November 2, 1945. Charlie brought his new bride home to Locust Ridge, Ohio, to meet his folks. Charlie built a beautiful 2-story, brick home on the 70-acre farm he bought, adjacent to his parents' farm. There, Mom and Dad lived happily ever after on this beautiful, blessed farm. They loved each other and took extra, special care of each other up until the day death separated them. My mother will always be remember for her wonderful sense of humor, her love of laughter, and her strict adherence to her moral character. We love you and miss you, Mom. We look forward to seeing you again in heaven soon, along with Dad, Grandma and Grandpa Henderson, and the rest of the saints. We love you.
