About Dorothy Louise "Dot" Bauman (Ramsden)
DOROTHY L BAUMAN 04 Mar 1929 14 Jan 1999 (V) 16433 (Saegertown, Crawford, PA) (none specified) 169-24-8302 Pennsylvania
I was an orphan, the 4th of 6 children. My mother died in childbirth and my father was so distraught over not being able to take care of 6 children that he committed suicide soon after. I went from foster home to foster home until I married Jack. (John Bauman). I enjoyed gardening, creative art, reading, sewing, crocheting and singing. My favorite color was blue and I loved animals.(We had parakeets, dogs and cats for the children. I had four children, 3 girls and 1 son. I enjoyed visiting family: Bill in Pittsburgh,Alberta in New Kensington and Kay in Philadelphia.
I had a stroke at 29 years of age. The only thing that comforted me through my illness and later the divorce from my husband was my faith in God. I was a dedicated Jehovah's Witness. I developed cancer later in life.
ILLNESSES: Stroke at 29, Endrometrium Cancer.
