She was born Dec. 23, 1903, in Elgin to the late Thomas and Ella Harton Nairn. She married Albert N. Schwarz on Aug. 16, 1932, in New York. He preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 1981. Graveside services for Mrs. Schwarz will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Westside Cemetery in Yorktown. Lamprecht-Janssen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Surviving is a brother, Harton W. Nairn of Elgin.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Ruth Steen, Ethel Worthington and Laurene Wright; and a brother, Tom Nairn.
