Dorothy C. Winter, of Ennoble Manor Care Center, died at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1999, at Ennoble Manor Care Center.

Private family services will be held at a later date. There will be no public visitation. The Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Westview Funeral Home, 2659 Kennedy Road, is in charge of arrangements.

She was born in Dubuque County, daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Fisher) Bartels.

Surviving are two daughters, Betty (Al) Braunschweig, of Verona, Wis., and Donna (Bob) Agin, of Villa Park, Ill.; and two sisters, Millie Russell and Margaret Graf, both of Dubuque.
