Appeared Moszko Fajnman, age 57, and Abram Josek Szulman,age 36,the residents of the town of Międzyrzec Podlaski, and stated that yesterday at 8 o’clock in the evening died in Międzyrzec Dawid Wachtfogel,a widower,78 years old, son of Icek Mordko and his wife, whose name for the witnesses is unknown, permanent resident of the village of Grochówka of the gmina Jakusze, Luków County and temporarily lived in Międzyrzec. After eyewitness confirmation of the death of Dawid Wachtfogel, this act was read aloud to the declarants and signed by Us and them.
