About Dr. Amos Granger

Amos and wife lived at Suffiled, Ct and Manlius, NY. Dr. Amos Granger was a prominent physician in Suffield, CT where he practiced until he removed to NY State. In the Revolution he was with the militia who joined General Gates in the campaign in northern New York. He was a member of the Connecticut Legislature in 1788, 1789, 1790, and 1791. He died at Manluis, N.Y., where he had removed, after a distressing illness of twenty years.
