Dr. Hans (Anselm) Halpern

Anselm or Anzelm Halpern, Doctor of Law who lived in Austrian and Polish city of Stanislawow (Polish) / Stanislav (Russian and Ukrainian), current Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine is mentioned in many other sources. The Dr. Anselm Halpern has the some father. Though he was not named Hans in any of these sources, most probably he is the same person, because is it extremely unlikely that two brothers had the same first name.

However, as of 2017-02-17, in Geni database Hans (Anselm) and Dr. Anselm Halpern are listed as two brothers.
