Born Kensington,London 15th April 1856. Christened at St.John the Evangelist 7th November 1856. Educated at Balliol College,Oxford. Matriculated 21st April 1877 aged 20. B.A.1880. B.Med and M.A.1886. Became a Doctor.

Wrote the book "Aids to the Injured and Sick". Awarded the O.B.E. for his services to the medical profession.

Died 14th December 1942 at Church Aston Manor,Berkshire?. Buried at Woolhampton,Berkshire.
