About Dr Jeremias Jerry Barth
Born in Rzseszow, then Austrian Galicia, now Poland, on October 21, 1894. Moved to Vienna in the twenties and got medical training at the Viennese faculty of medicine. Married in 1936 in Vienna with Gertrud Bunzlau, geb. 25-08-1912 in Wiener Neustadt. Son Peter Barth born 27-10-1937 Family moved to the Netherlands following the "Anschluss". Gertrud Barth-Bunzlau died February 21, 1941 from an accident.
Jeremias and Peter survived the war in hiding. Jeremias remarried after the war in 1947 to Maria Goudeket. Two more sons, Jacques Dov, and Ruben Michael were born from his second marriage.
Jeremias died in Amsterdam 14-09-1984
