married first, in Tortola, one of the Virgin Islands, Nov. 8, 1810, Eliza Turnbull, daughter of Hon. William Turnbull, formerly president of the British Virgin Islands (N.Y. Weekly Museum of Jan 5., 1811), and secondly Deborah Arrindell, of Aquilla, B.W.I. (family record). He settled in Port of Spain, Island of Trinidad, where he probably died. The date of his death has not been found.
