I hereby appoint the said Charlotte Georgina SNOOKE my wife and my son Peter Delacourtte THEUNISSEN executrix and executor in my estate. My desire is that my wife Charloote Georgina shall remain in full possession and the property to divert to the nine children. The farm to be worked by one or two children if any deficiency to pay off in the holding. Such property that can be done without to be sold out to cover expenses. The rest to remain in the possession of the wife while it is the equal property of the children. Thus done and signed in the presence of the undersigned on 29th day of November 1928 by P. H. E. P. THEUNISSEN applikasie vir verlof:- 1. om huurkontrak van boedel oor te neem en 2. om daarna die huurkontrak aan R. B. P. THEUNISSEN (eksekuteur en erfgenaam) oor te maak.

Die eersgenoemde sessie moet onderhewig gemaak word aan 'n serwituut van vruggebruik ten gunste van Mevrou C. G. THEUNISSEN.
