CHOKALINGAM, Swati, MD Passed away January 30th, 2012, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, in Brighton MA, where she was a physician for thirty years. Her family was by her side. Known for her dedication to her work and family, her sense of humor, and her warmth, Swati will be missed by many. Those who knew her will never forget her.
