From 2005 - 2013, the American version of the mockumentary sitcom "The Office" told the story of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of the fictional paper company Dunder Mifflin. The show is already included on the short-lists for consideration as one of the greatest sitcoms of all time, having won multiple Emmys and anchored the NBC network since it began its run.
In celebration of the show's finale, this project was started to bring together profiles for all of the major on- and off-screen players from the series.

Fun Connections
- Romantic rivals Dwight K. (or F.) Schrute and Andy "Nard Dog" Bernard are 16th cousins twice removed.
- Dwight would be very happy to know that his nemesis, Jim Halpert, is only very distantly connected through marriage.
- Sadly enough, those beet-lovin' cousins Dwight and Mose have no real-life connection so far.
- The sternest little lady in the office, Angela Martin, is the evil Toby Flenderson's ex-sister-in-law. (She does not, however, appear to have any feline relatives.)
- When Andy Bernard became manager of the Scranton Dunder Mifflin branch, that made him an employee of his 14th cousin four times removed Robert California.
- Two of Jim's ex-girlfriends, "Hot Girl" Katy and Stamford-to-Utica branch manager Karen Filippelli, can talk at family reunions about how bitter they are over getting dumped by him, seeing as they are 14th cousins once removed.
- Deangelo Jeremitrius Vickers (may he rest in peace) was succeeded as Scranton branch manager by his real-life 14th cousin once removed Andy Bernard.
- Michael Scott may not have been able to get his real estate agent, Carol Stills, to go to Sandals Jamaica with him, but at least she married him in real-life.
- You know that episode where Andy believed he was related to First Lady Michelle Obama? Well...
