About Dr Theodore Augustus Pinkney
DIED PINKNEY--We are compelled this week to record the sudden death of Dr. T.A. Pinkney, on Wednesday of this week. The Dr. was apparently well, and about noon had gone to his bedroom to change his clothes before going up town. His wife had been absent from the room but a few minutes, and returned to find him in his last death struggle. The doctor was about 68 years of age, and is one of Platte county's revered citizens. Dr. Murphy, who was immediately in attendance, says he died of heart disease. The doctor's sudden death casts a gloom over the whole city. The funeral will take place from his residence to-day, at 2 o'clock, p.m. to-day.
