Dr. Sugmund Huscher Hisher was born in Jaroslaw, Poland in 1893 to Josef and Dorothea. He was married to Hilde nee Kretz. Prior to WWII he lived in Vienna, Austria. During the war he was in Kibartai, Lithuania.

Dr. Huscher Hisher was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
