Dr. Oscar Woltar was born in Prag, Czechoslovakia in 1877 to August and Klara. He was married to Rosa nee Kupfer. Prior to WWII he lived in Aussig, Czechoslovakia. During the war he was in Litzmannstadt, Poland.

Dr. Woltar was murdered in the Shoah.
