Dear Lilian, My 4th Great Grandmother on my paternal side of my ancestry has a bio credited to you that has her listed as the daughter of the Rev. John William Weatherford and Martha Sublett. May I trouble you for the source of this information? The reason I ask is that there appears to be an error in parentage based on the information found in the Virginia Genealogical Society Quarterly
This coincides with the timeframe of Drusilla marrying William in 1785 and the death of Major Weatherford circa 1774 in Lunenburg next to Charlotte County, VA. If you have documentation for your source of the parentage in the bio please let me know. Thanks so much! Jim James F. Bratt, AG®
