Duncan Galbraith

Census: probably 1820 Dukan Galbreath (over 45), Ross Township. Allegheny, Pennsylvania, United States

The remains of Duncan Galbraith were moved from the graveyard of the Sharpsburg Presbyterian Church on August 20, 1904. Greenwood interment records give a date of death for Duncan as December 29, 1844 at age 81. The tombstone has no visible inscription that is legible. The two halves are wedged in the ground solidly and cannot be moved. No additional information has been found about him at this time. (USGenWeb Archives, contributed by Diane Nichols)
