1 June 1633: Disposition by Edward Scollay, fiar of Strynie, with consent of Duncan Scollay of Strynie, his father, Issobell Sinclair, his mother, Margaret Scollay, his sister, Robert Scollay, her spouse, Margaret Scollay, daughter of deceased James Scollay, brother of said Duncan, and James Beinstoun in Aikernes, her husband, in favour of Robert Fea of Grindella, and Mirabel Craigie, his spouse, in liferent, and Magnus Fea, his second son, in fee, of house lying in the town and lands of Strynie in that part called Grysnes, with the waste ground on the west and north east sides thereof, lying in island of Stronsay National Records of Scotland, Papers of the family of Fea of Clestrain, Orkney, reference GD31/41
