Earl Dewey Hamlett

Earl Dewey Hamlett, January 10, 1900. Born on Stillman Lewis farm, about 12 miles N.W. of Mills, keya Paha County, Nebraska. Died April 19, 1941 in Dubuque, Iowa. Educated in rural and Strawberry Point, Iowa High School. Married first to Ruth Dahlberg on August 12, 1923 in Estherville, Iowa. They had no children. Married 2nd to Mildred Nandell on July 31, 1934. Ruth was daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nandell of Manchester, Iowa. Earl and Mildred lived in Strawberry Point, Iowa. They had a daughter on February 17, 1937. Earlene E. Hamlett and she was born in Manchester, Iowa. Earlene graduated from Brooklyn, Iowa High School May 17, 1955 and graduated from St. Lukes Nursing School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa June, 1958.
