To wife Ann she to have one-third for life.

To son Silas if he be yet alive, E6 13s. 4d. but in case he be not living said sum to his son Silas Pratt now at New York, at 21 years;

To son Ebenezer El 6s. 8d.;

to daughter Tabitha Porter like sum;

to daughter Hannah Bates like sum, hav- ing given the three last named considerable already;

To daugh- ter Rebecca L12, etc;

To daughter Reliance L20, at 21;

To daugh- ter Holly L20 at2l.

Whereas my wife is now pregnant, in case she be delivered of a living child that child to have L20 at 21.

To sons Abner, Stephen and Sheribiah the residue of his estate, viz., my Homestead. Son Abner to be executor. (Suffolk Probate 57:283.)

Widow Ann Pratt's thirds set off 19 Dec. 1760. Division of the estate was made 24 Aug. 1761. (Ibid. 61:20.)
