Bonham, Painted Post; Mrs. Charles Snell, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Mrs. Frank Foster, Mrs. Herman Beyea, Robert E. Bonham, Corning; Charles B. Howell, Onondaga Hill, N.Y.; John Bonham, Tuscola, Ill.; Mrs. Emily Coverse, Iowa City, Iowa; Mrs. Frank Meyers, Kansas City, Kansas.
