About Effie J. Troyer
FREDERICKSBURG -- Effie J. Troyer, 75, 4722 Township Road 616, Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, at her home after a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 3, 1939, in Holmes County to the late Joas and Mary (Yoder) Troyer and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are sisters, Clara Troyer, Lydia Ann Troyer and Fannie (Albert) Miller, all of Fredericksburg, and Anna (Mose) Yoder of Millersburg; brothers, Obed (Verna) Troyer and Reuben (Betty) Troyer, both of Fredericksburg, William (Anna) Troyer and Raymond (Nancy) Troyer, both of Millersburg; a brother-in-law, Melvin Yoder of Fredericksburg; a sister-in-law, Marcia Troyer of Clark; and 50 nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katie; and a brother, Daniel.
Funeral services will be Friday at 9 a.m. at the Raymond A. Miller residence, 4665 Township Road 616, with minister Dan R. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Yoder North Cemetery.
Friends may call anytime at the Raymond A. Miller residence.
Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton, is handling arrangements.
