(Utsund,4 tn. i Mandal (Bekkhus), 2 tn. i Kvåle (Hualle), 1 tn. i Loupedalen (Løbedal), 1 tn. i Kvanbekk (Wambæk), 1 tn. i Hovdekleiv og 1 tn. i Omtveit --------------------------------' Eit uprenta diplom frå 1603, 15. 4. kunngjer eit makeskifte millom Guttorm Aslakson og farbroren Egil Torkjelson såleis at Guttorm byter bort ½ Holtan som hadde høyrt til far hans Aslak Torkjelson og hans luti Rollagstodul i Langlim (no Roddøystaul i Sælidfjellet) og attpå 20 daler, mot Ålandslid (3 tn.) i Lårdal. -- Matz Hansson «soren Landtz schriwer her sammestets og AIff Donnestadel, Oluf Home, Laugrettismandt» henger sitt segl under.

Yes, she does appear to be his daughter based on property owned by both. From Darrel Johnson--"Holtan was considered to be a full estate in 1593 and 1594 when Aslak paid the work tax. A printed document from the 15th of April of 1603 reports an exchange between Guttorm Aslakson (Bekkhus) and his father's brother, Egil Torkjellson--so that Guttorm exchanges 1/2 Holtan which had belonged to his father's brother, Egil Torkjellson, and his share of Rollagstodull in Langlim which is now Roddoystaul in Saelidfjellet in addition 20 dalar for Aalandslid-3 tn-in Laardal. Egil is the lensmand who paid the saltworks tax in 1609. This Egil Holtan owned many estates forward until 1625. In addition to most of Holtan, he owned 1 tn of Hemmestveit, 2 1/2 tn of Homme, 1 tn of Utsund, 4 tn of Mandal (Bekkhus), 2 tn of Kvaale, 1 tn of Loupedalen, 1 tn of Kvanbekk, 1 tn of Hovdelkeiv, and 1 tn of Ormtveit." The only way this is going to work, I think, is if there is also a son named Haavard Egilson who went to Nordgarden in Langlim, Aamotsdal. He then would have to have had a son, Egil Haavardson and a daughter Margit/Mariet Haavardsdtr.
